We recently received pictures of two of Amour's babies from her last litter, and it seemed good to show how Amour's pups develop.
Here we see on the right, 7 month old Yana, FV Russian Doll, owned by Gordon Clark in Elgin, Scotland, and below, Hachi FV Troika owned by  Tina in Milton Keynes, while below right is Pru FV Black Russian owned by ourselves.

These three are out of a beautiful litter from Amour by Mandarin.

Amour will have her last litter later this year.

Two more champions to add to Forgevalley's list of successes.

Dinah, Forgevalley Black Pearl, daughter of Bellicose Head over Heels to Forgevalley, (litter sister to Bellicose Head Case- Casey) was mated to Jack, (on the right), American Champion Good Fortune it's all Good at Headholme.

She produced a littter of eight lovely babies who have now all gone to new homes.

We were delighted to welcome Cherniy Chizh Mon Amour for Chinskys an import bitch from Russia's top breed record holding kennel. We want to extend a very big Thank You to Rebecca Cassidy for letting us have this beautiful girl.
She was shown as a youngster to Junior Champion in Russia. In her only Ch. Show here she won a  big Junior class shown by a stranger to her which shows her imperturbable temperament.

Amour is a joy to own, a happy loving and outgoing girl with many breed qualities.
We look forward to, in the future, the contribution that she will make to our breeding program.

At Driffield Champ Show Judge Paul Harding made this comment:

"...strong head, broad muzzle & typical frowning expression, small ears, correct clear almond eyes, correct scissor bite and dentition, well pigmented, strong neck, muscular shoulders, correct front, well off for bone & rib, pleasing topline with moderate angulation, pleasing harsh coat, moved & handled well."

To the right and below are two pictures of Amour.

Updated November 21st 2010

I find this the hardest part of the website to keep up. We seem to have lost a number of dogs lately, but this is only to be expected as several were getting quite old.

Bee, Sharosas Bianca at Forgevalley (the mother of Eva) died just before Christmas 2008. She was eleven years old
.

Leader also passed away, aged 11 in 2009 and soon afterwards, Lu passed away age 9.

Kaity passed away in October 2009, age 11, never having been to the vet in her life except for vaccinations.

Sadly we lost Boris early in 2010 from a sudden illness. He was a lovely dog.

It was a shock when Indi died September 10th 2010 of a sudden illness. She was the sweetest bitch you could imagine.

We lost our lovely gentle Redford in October 2010 from a very sudden illness. He was thirteen, and very active to the last.

We really miss all our past dogs. The trouble is, the more you love them, the more it hurts when their time comes, but it's worth it for all the love you are given over the years.

Shows

We have not had much time for shows lately.

Here's a picture of Sunny Forgevalley Shine On Bellicose playing in the snow in Finland after winning her first CC.

The picture below shows Sunny winning CACIB at Tromso in her latest show. If she does it once more she will be a Finnish & Norwegian champion.

Huge congratulations Jussi, from proud breeders.
